Return & Refund Policy
  1. Can i return a product i'm unhappy with?

    All products ordered and fulfilled are final and cannot be returned regardless of condition. Orders may be cancelled if you make a request prior to fulfilment but once fulfilled we cannot alter or cancel your order.

    Any order changes or cancels require to be disclosed and communicated within 24hrs of making the initial purchase to ensure the order can be altered or cancelled prior to fulfilment. Once the order is fulfilled it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  2. Can i get a refund if my order is damaged or missing?

    In the case of orders being missing or damaged it is important to contact us as soon as you're aware so that we can contact our shipment supplier and inquire to the status of your order. If your order is confirmed to be damaged or missing it may be possible for us to provide a refund or compensation of your order.

    We reserve the right to determine the condition of your order and the outcome of your refund of compensation. We reserve the right to ship a replacement item or refund, refund the cash for the product or provide store credit, as well as reject a request of refund.

    No action will be taken unless sufficient efforts have been made to contact us through the appropriate support channels and with sufficient information so we can verify your claim.

  4. Payment terms

    All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you choose a direct payment gateway Shopify will collect and store your credit card data to complete your purchase. The information Shopify stores is encrypted securely with the PCI-DSS and is only stored until necessary.
Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify or change any of our policies at any time without prior notice and any and all changes will take effect as of when the information is updated on the site.If there are any material changes made to our privacy policy we will make notice of the changes here in the policy section of the site.

Shipping Terms
  1. Tracking

    You will receive a tracking code once your purchase is complete but it may take up to 3 days for the tracking information to be updated for you to view.
  2. Shipping time

    We aim to fulfil and ship Orders within 48hrs of an order being completed, but this may be affected by a high volume of transactions or seasonal fluxes at our fulfilment facility. It is estimated that orders should reach their destination in 5-15 days for standard shipping. We are not responsible for any delays for your order to reach its destination and make no promises on the timeframe.
